Terms of Service

SukkahWall provides a digital design tool and print fulfilment service for custom-sized decorative wall coverings. Our service includes:

• An online design editor for creating personalised wall panels.
• Production and printing of approved designs to your specified dimensions.
• Worldwide shipping via contracted courier partners.
• Customer support before, during, and after your order.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for products created or purchased using your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You may not create or maintain accounts for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Prices may change, but the price applicable at the time of payment applies to your order.

• You retain ownership of any original content you upload or create.
• By placing an order, you grant SukkahWall a limited licence to use your design to fulfil that order.
• Our templates, artwork, layouts, and design tools remain the property of SukkahWall or our licensors.
• You confirm that your submitted content does not infringe another person’s rights.
• We may refuse or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• Standard production typically takes 5–8 business days from order confirmation.
• Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• For international orders, you are responsible for applicable import duties and customs charges.

• Because all products are made to your exact dimensions, they are not eligible for return unless defective.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs of the package and product.
• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 1 hour of placement, before production begins.
• If a design or production error is ours, we will arrange a reprint or refund as appropriate.
• Disputes must first be raised through customer support before a payment chargeback is initiated.

You agree not to:

• Upload or order content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringing of third-party rights.
• Use another person’s copyrighted artwork without permission.
• Upload malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt the service.
• Resell SukkahWall products without our prior written permission.

• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Consumers retain any mandatory rights available under the laws of their place of residence.

We may update these Terms by giving notice of material changes on our site and in-app notifications. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
